Similar to fettuccine but slightly less thick, tagliatelle originates from the northern regions of Italy. Our version is made using a combination of eggs and durum wheat semolina that’s carefully cultivated by organic farmers situated along the rolling hills of the Adriatic Sea. Try serving this cut with hearty Bolognese, cheesy Alfredo or a mix of mushrooms and cream.
